What a session looks like

Pelvic Trainer is made for general exercise, body awareness, coordination, breathing and relaxation. A session walks you through each phase with on-screen timing, cues and rest periods, with optional vibration.

Every exercise has a technique guide that explains the position, how much effort to use and what you should feel, so you can learn each movement step by step. Exercises include Kegel-style contractions, breathing, coordination and relaxation work.
